To be considered for admission to a Diploma Program in Business Administration, applicants must normally have satisfied the following requirements:
graduation with a grade 12 secondary school diploma with grade 12 English and any grade 12 math
a competitive GPA
in some cases, completion of college level courses in English, math, business and certain electives
Applicants who do not meet a school's stated Business Diploma admission requirements may apply to a one-year Business Foundations certificate program, where offered. Often successful completion of a certificate program means students are eligible for admission to the second year of a Business Diploma program. As well, where offered, a Business Foundations program is recommended for students who require or desire academic upgrading, particularly in mathematics or English, before pursuing a Business Diploma program.
