What is an area of concentration/specialization?
Business Programs
An area of concentration/specialization component--usually pursued in years three and four of a Business degree or in the last semester of a two-year diploma program--allows students to take advanced classes in a special interest area. Requirements vary according to the concentration selected but can be up to six year-long courses in the specialization. Entrance to some areas of concentration is restricted and based on academic merit.
